Single Origin: Small Farms of Pandang in the Batak area of Aceh
This coffee's flavor profile is vibrant, bold, and balanced. It is heavy but very balanced. If you like bold and smooth, this is the coffee for you. It is a medium-bodied cup with bright acidity. Complexity is refined with notes of orchid, orange, and barest grapefruit. It is pleasingly light in the mouth but not insubstantial, with a very light aftertaste.

Grown in the shady slopes of Mount Leuser–near Pandang in the Batak area of Aceh–the Sumatra Mandheling coffee bean is born in the most mineral-rich land available in the world–volcanic soil. This region is home to one of the most ancient ecosystems in the world, which produces amazing coffee crops!
