Description

This coffee is the Roasting Shack's #1 seller, and for good reason. Huehuetenango is one of Guatemala's three non-volcanic regions, and its highest and driest are under cultivation, making it one of the themes ideal for coffee production. Guatemala Huehuetenango coffee is primarily shade-grown and grown at altitude alongside other crops. This region is known for its milk chocolate, maple, and fruity notes. This coffee has low acidity and is sweet, balanced, and complex.
