Description

Grown in the western part of El Salvador within the Apaneca Ilamatepec mountain range where the fertile land is perfect for coffee beans, this new variety is grown on the Magana-Menendez family.  

Cupping Notes

Brown sugar, cherry, and green apple with hints of chocolate and a high acidity, medium body, and above average sweetness.
