Description: Colombia Sierra Navada FTO.  The coffee is handpicked to ensure uniformity, and then the cherry is machine-pulped and undergoes different drying methods: 50% is sundried, 20% is on raised beds, and 30% is dried mechanically.

  • Harvested: June, 2024
  • Altitude: 6500ft
