Description

The Kayumas Estate, produces coffee beans that are rich, low acidity, and medium-bodied, with balanced notes of dark chocolate, cinnamon, and notes of nougat.  Kayumas coffee is grown in East Java and is handpicked and washed for processing.   This processing method gives the coffee a very clean profile compared to other Indonesian coffees.  This coffee highlights its taste profile in a pour-over, immersion, auto press, or espresso brew method and is guaranteed to make a very smooth cup of Joe!.
