Description

The Kayumas Estate produces coffee beans that are rich, low acidity, and medium-bodied, with balanced notes of dark chocolate, cinnamon, and nougat.  Kayumas coffee is grown in East Java and is handpicked and washed for processing.   This processing method gives the coffee a very clean profile compared to other Indonesian coffees.  This coffee highlights its taste profile in a pour-over, immersion, auto press, or espresso brew method and is guaranteed to make a very smooth cup of Joe!
