Description

Sumatra Weh Ilang Gayo has flavor notes of caramel, peach, and in known for its heavy body and a deep clean sweetness. The coffee is grown with no chemicals either and has a kosher certified. I recommend this coffee for all methods of brewing to include espresso. The Takengon region area is one of the highest valleys, and temperatures can be cold and harsh. What does this mean for you, the consumer? The volcanic soil and unique weather conditions make this coffee exceptional because the coffee beans grow and ripen slower, which leads to bolder sweetness, more cleanliness, and exquisite fruity notes.
