Description

Supports Small Farmers. Red Mountain lot is unique in a few ways. Firstly, it’s a natural coffee from an origin known for its preference for washed processing. Cherry was delivered to the Lahamenegu Wet Mill, sorted for quality, then dry processed and turned over the course of six weeks. Lahamenegu also specializes in more esoteric processes such as honey and innovative fermentations. Secondly, its cup quality sets it apart from most PNG coffee. The blend features a heavy body that’s signature to coffee from PNG, with grape, plum, and pomegranate flavors highlighted by medium acidity.
