Cup Notes: This honey-processed organic coffee bean is well-balanced, light in body, and bright in acidity. It has milk chocolate, red apple, cane sugar, and dried fruit notes.

World Region: Central America

Farmed by small farmers, process it at La Minita's mill, Beneficio del Rio Tarrazu. This is unique and kept separate from their other farm specific coffee beans.
