Details

The island of Timor produces some amazing coffee that is Organic and Fair Trade.  While the coffee beans of this unique coffee growing environment are known for smaller size they make up for it in amazing taste.  Cafe Timor Coop has a pleasant sweetness with cupping notes of red apple, black cherry, butterscotch, and milk chocolate with mild floral notes.
