Description

Supports small farms.  This coffee bean grows in an area with high elevation, hot days, and cool nights. This allows the seed’s walls to stabilize and lock in its sweet-acidic flavor as its fruit fully develops.  The result is a unique host of flavors during the cupping process that translates to you as an amazing cup of coffee.  Flavor notes:  Heavy caramel aromas, mild orange acidity, and chocolate flavors with a medium to light body and good sweetness.  This coffee shines as a black coffee and is amazing as a drip or pour over.
